The members of SSPS elected the committee and office bearers for the next year at last night’s AGM.
They are:
President – David Davidson
Vice Presidents – Malcolm Gamble and Phil Maxwell
Secretary – Gil Urquhart
There were many important announcements made at the 2020 Annual Presentation Night on 9 December.
I would like to summarise those announcements for the benefit of all members and express my congratulations to everyone for their outstanding performances throughout the year.
As I highlighted on Friday, your committee is continually monitoring the possible effect of the coronavirus situation and how it could potentially impact on the activities of SSPS.
It is a very fast moving situation, as can be seen from the reports in the media.
Your committee has been considering the implications for the various activities of SSPS of the current situation regarding the coronavirus.
The new committee for the 2020-21 year were appointed at the AGM on 10 March 2020.

Vice-president - David Davidson
Secretary - Gil Urquhart
Treasurer - Margaret Edwards
Congratulations to Alan Stevens and Margaret Edwards on being awarded the SSPS Club Champions for 2019. The club champion awards reflect an overall excellent and consistent performance throughout the whole year, across all subjects and all media.

The judging of the 2019 interclub between SSPS and Caulfield Photographic Society was completed last night at the CPS clubrooms. A large number of SSPS members attended and enjoyed a night with the CPS members. The judge for the competition was Emma Gillett who did an excellent job of
