Results of 2017 VAPS Interclub Competition

The results of the 2017 VAPS Interclub Competition were announced last Friday at the 2017 VAPS Convention.

Congratulations to Margaret Edwards for receiving a merit award for her DPI of "The Tillerman".  In addition, congratulations to Greg Earl for also receiving a merit award for his print "Arctic Sunset".

Melbourne Camera Club won the aggregate trophy for DPI.  SSPS was equal 5th.  Essendon Camera Club won the aggregate trophy  for Open Prints.  SSPS and Geelong Camera Club were equal second in this section.

It was a great performance by all our members.  Well done and of course congratulations to all the other clubs on their performances.

Congratulations also to Greg Earl, Margaret Edwards and Pamela Wheeler.  Greg's print "Arctic Sunset", Margaret's DPI "The Tillerman" and Pamela's print "Mother and Child" were selected as part of the VAPS entry for APSCON to be held later this year.
