With NAB 2024 in full swing, many companies have announced new products, shared details on business plans, and given videographers plenty to look forward to in the coming months. SmallRig, a major player in the photo and video space, has just unveiled two new products designed for modern content creators.
Alongside the new Pyxis 6K full-frame cinema camera, Blackmagic Design also unveiled the Blackmagic Ursa Cine 12K camera. Like the Pyxis, the Ursa includes a full-frame image sensor, but it promises wider dynamic range, higher resolution, improved performance, and more features suited for high-end production.

Blackmagic Design has announced a full-frame cube-style cinema camera at NAB 2024. The Pyxis 6K camera comes in EF, PL, or L-mount and shares many features with the Blackmagic Cinema Camera 6K the company released last year.
