Fujifilm has released its much anticipated new firmware for the X-T2 that enables tethered shooting with the forthcoming Tethered Shooting Plug-in Pro application, but has added a number of other fixes and a new feature.

Fujifilm X-T2 users will now be able to set up a function button to lock all the body buttons of the camera so that they dont get pressed by accident during shooting. Users can determine which button they want to use for this purpose via the custom settings menu.

Canon has introduced an update for its EOS 5D Mark IV DSLR that corrects a color issue when using flash, and improves the cameras performance when the companys new tele-converters are in use.
